This information is vital to the functionality of the system and is the only personal, identifiable data which is stored on our servers.

No payment information (card details, etc) is stored on our servers and is passed in realtime to Stripe to process payments. This data is securely stored on Stripe servers to facilitate repeat payments - for more information you can read the Stripe privacy policy here

This system does not use cookies to store data on your device. We do not implement any form of user tracking and no 3rd party cookies are installed as a result of using this system

We won't send you emails unless you ask us to. By that we mean if you request a password reset or when you sign up we will send an email to confirm the request. We do not send marketing or promotional emails

Users can cancel their subscription at any time on the My Account page under subscriptions. When a subscription is cancelled the payment method is removed and the subscription will not be renewed at the end of the billing period

Users can request at any time for their data to be removed from the system by emailing info@rugby-watch.app
This action is final and once all data is removed from our systems it cannot be reinstated

Administrators reserve the right to lock out or delete any user that is deemed to have misused the system or taking action to the detriment of the service.
